Rachel with Joshua (SHCH Starchelle Chicago Bear) winning BIS at Crufts.

Rachel has been established with Irish Setters for more than 25 years under her Starchelle affix.

Rachel has had the unbelievable experiance of going BIS at Crufts with her homebred Chicago Bear

Tony has been established with Weimaraners for more than 25 years under the TRILITE affix, making up the first Weimaraner Champion in Ireland and

being the first person ever to go best in show at a general championship show in Ireland with a Weimaraner.  Also Green Star breed record holder with

CH/IRCH/INT SHCH Kingsbeam Murphy Himself at Trilite ( 70 Green Stars 4 CACIB`s 3 CC`s ).

In more recent times we have had the pleasure in owning and showing Irish Wolfhounds and Greyhounds

A small Northern Irish family home deep in the countryside overlooking the shores of Lough Neagh.

Kingfisher Cottage

All our dogs live in this family environment running free by day and lying by the fireside in the evening .

(The 'kennel' word is never used at Kingfisher Cottage)

Although we describe ourselves as small we like to think we have enjoyed some huge successes in the show ring with all our breeds!

In the UK Rachel awards CCs in Irish Setters, Tony awards CCs in Weimaraners, GSP`s GWP`s and Vizslas as well as CICAB`s in FCI groups 7,8 & 10 & BIS.
